60-minute first visit: history, neuro + ortho screen, Applied Kinesiology, movement testing, baseline pain/function metrics, and same-day first treatment if appropriate.

You’ll see your individualized plan and total cost before you commit. Most initial plans run for 12 weeks, with visits once or twice a week.

Many feel progress within a few visits.

A PMA is an organization that provides private, member-to-member contracts for services rather than services available to the general public. This right to operate and contract privately is guaranteed by the 1st and 14th amendments of the United States Constitution.

Short Answer: Yes.

We only provide services on a privately contracted, member-to-member basis. Our services are not offered to the general public, and so you must become a member of our association ($20 total fee, one-time for lifetime membership) prior to receiving services.

We focus on function and quality of life.  Common patterns we see:

• Chronic pain that limits life (neck, back, shoulder, headaches/migraines)

• Sleep and stress dysregulation (trouble falling asleep, 2–4 a.m. wakeups, tension)

• Metabolic slowdown symptoms (fatigue, weight gain, blood-sugar concerns)

If we’re not the best fit, we’ll tell you and provide a referral.

We are a cash-pay practice.

• HSA/FSA accepted. 

• Superbills provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement by non‑Medicare plans.

Dr. Rick Murphy, DC is a licensed chiropractic physician with additional training in:

Initial Exam: $250

• Most 12‑week care plans: $1.3K–$3.8K, depending on goals.

• Pay per visit (established patient): $125

• Maintenance care for as low as $100 a month.

• Labs, Imaging, and Supplements are ordered as needed.

If you follow your plan and don’t see meaningful improvement on agreed metrics by your Week 4 re-exam, we will add 2 visits at no charge.

If you graduate a pre-paid 12-week care plan early, you’ll receive credit toward wellness services. 

If we need to refer you out, we will refund any unused portion of your plan.

Active wellness members receive limited complimentary flare-support visits each year.

24‑hour cancellation policy:

Your reserved exam can be cancelled up to 24 hrs. before your appointment for a full refund. 

No-shows and cancellations within 24 hrs may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to grant exceptions for extenuating circumstances.

We accept only 4 new patients each week to maintain quality.
